Melinda Harvey was a financial planner for eight years before she discovered a passion for mental health and substance abuse counseling. After several years of providing direct service, Melinda moved into administration. For the last eleven years, Melinda has worked to blend organizational efficiency with the compassion necessary for human services administration. She brings to her work an attention to detail and a dedication to leading agencies to meet contract obligations and to achieve compliance. Over the years, Melinda has demonstrated a high acumen for program implementation, health care billing, medical records administration, and the development of organizational information systems. She also brings to the table knowledge and experience in preparing for and maintaining compliance with licensure standards. She previously served as the director of quality management and contracts administrator for an Arizona-based community mental health provider.
