• Developing and implementing new programs, including network development for long-term care and behavioral health care contracts.
• Providing clinical and leadership consultation to supervisors, clinicians, and service staff. Facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitoring and evaluating existing programs, as well as providing project management.

Kathryn Mason found her true purpose in human services in 1994 after a successful career in marketing and restaurant management. After volunteering as an advocate and crisis counselor, she went on to obtain a Bachelor’s of Psychology and a Master’s of Counseling. She has continued to advocate for children and families by providing leadership in clinical settings, most recently as the clinical director of the children’s service delivery department of ValueOptions. She combines the skills gained from her early success with the experience gained as a clinical administrator and within managed care to create pragmatic clinical programs, to coach all levels of staff, and to use guiding clinical principles and best practices to help programs reach their full potential.
