Karrie Steving
Business Coordinator and Associate Consultant

Karrie Steving Specialties:

  • Establishing successful programs and curricula centered on policies and procedures, leadership development, and training.
  • Facilitating strategic planning, assessing organizational performance, and providing winning project management.
  • Working with leaders to strengthen administrative and clinical operations.

Karrie Steving has a passion for working with staff and community to develop successful organizational programs. For her, it's about the people – developing programs is an exercise in team-building, something she's been doing for a dozen years. Before coming to Piurek & Associates, Karrie developed programs centered on family dynamics and system collaboration for ValueOptions, Maricopa County's Regional Behavioral Health Authority in Arizona. Prior to her move to Arizona, Karrie worked at the Career Development Program in California, where she successfully built programs that provided services and support to children and adults with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness across multiple counties. A cornerstone of Karrie's success is her ability to understand the needs of diverse group members and to work with all involved to develop and implement productive solutions. Karrie continues to maintain positive relationships within the Arizona social service community, including the Department of Economic Security, Arizona Center for Disability Law, Maricopa County Juvenile Probation Department, Arizona Department of Health Services, and numerous provider and family organizations.
