Elaine Groppenbacher brings more than twenty-five years of administrative and management experience in medical, public sector and behavioral health care and the ability to translate effective leadership and change strategies to every situation. She has developed and implemented innovative programs to serve the most vulnerable populations. Elaine passionately embraces quality service delivery and supports workforce leadership development, inspiring stability and curiosity in workers and managers. Elaine most recently served as a vice president in child/adolescent services for a public sector behavioral health carve out and holds BS and MSW degrees and LCSW status. As a 2001 ZERO TO THREE Leadership Development Initiative Harris Fellow, Elaine exemplifies a caring and enthusiastic leader who listens and supports executives in managing change with their employees.
