- Providing staff training using an effective interactive learning approach. Blythe’s approach draws on her lifelong love of education and her experience as a university instructor.
Blythe FitzHarris believes wholeheartedly in education – and in knowledge in general. The way she sees it, the more you know about your organization, the better you’ll be able to respond to the challenges of running it well. That’s why she’s worked to become a champ at organizational assessments and why she challenges herself to never stop learning – a move she believes enables her to guarantee clients the most cutting edge consulting and best practices. She has worked with Maricopa County’s Regional Behavioral Health Authority in Arizona, where she successfully developed monitoring tools for improving the service delivery system. Blythe has also been an active member in the community, serving as a United Way volunteer and co-chair, as well as an Arizona State University (ASU) Adjunct Faculty for the School of Social Work.
