Bill Kennard’s extensive national and international work supervising behavioral health organizations supports his thirty-year foundation of resources and insights regarding the transformation and growth of behavioral health organizations. He was associated with the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation, an internationally renowned research and training center located at Boston University, for over twenty-four years. Recently, Bill’s talents have successfully helped the Maricopa County behavioral health system improve the quality of rehabilitation and recovery systems, programs and practices. As an author on treatment and rehabilitative practices, leadership and management of psychiatric rehabilitation programs and the training and development of mental health personnel, Bill is also a featured speaker at conferences regarding behavioral health and psychiatric rehabilitation topics.
